Poburger
A baker and handful of pastry chef with an expert in burgers has the brilliant idea to put together a copyright dining space. The name of the dish was the union that each loves: On the one hand the Poboys (American sandwiches 40s), and the other the good and beloved burgers. The idea of the brand itself would be to transmit classic air fast food of the 40s and 50s, so a good working vintage footprint with raw materials.
Joining pieces printed with interventions created by hand (such as dermatographic pencil to write applications) managed to create a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Poburger lies in the city of Chapecó / SC, in Brazil.
Uma padeira e confeiteira de mão cheia junto com um expert em hamburgueres tem a ideia genial de montar um espaço gastronômico autoral. O nome foi a união do prato que cada uma adora: De um lado os Poboys (sanduíches americanos de década de 40), e do outro os bons e amados burgers. A ideia da marca em si seria de transmitir o ar clássico de fast food da década de 40 e 50, trabalhando assim uma pegada bem vintage com materiais crus.
Unindo peças impressas com intervenções criadas a mão (como é o caso do lápis dermatográfico para escrever os pedidos) conseguimos criar um clima agradável e funcional. O Poburger encontra-se na cidade de Chapecó/SC, aqui no Brasil.
